🚚 Shipping Duration

All orders are typically delivered within minimum 3 toΒ  max 7 working days, depending on the product and delivery location. In rare situations beyond our control (e.g., logistics delays), we will make every effort to ensure timely delivery.

πŸ” RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility (Only for Prepaid Orders)

We offer a 7-day return policy starting from the date you receive your item. Returns are only accepted for prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags and packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt) must be provided.

To initiate a return, contact us atΒ +91 7758 819 715. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Procedure:

  5. Once we receive the item, we will initiate the exchange process and send you the new item details via your registered mobile number.

πŸ”„ Exchanges (Only for Prepaid Orders)

To receive a replacement item, return the original product. Once approved, we will contact you to confirm and ship the new item. COD orders are not eligible for exchanges.

❌ No Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued after a product is delivered. Only exchanges are allowed for prepaid orders.
  • Refunds are only applicable if we cancel the order due to a stock or processing issue.
  • Refunds (if applicable) may take 10–14 business days, and updates will be shared by Razorpay (including RRN and Refund ID) via email.

Note: Customers are responsible for courier charges for returns and exchanges.

🚫 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will ensure the issue is resolved promptly.

❎ Order Cancellations

  • A full refund is applicable if your order is cancelled, lost, or undeliverable.
  • If the order is already shipped and then cancelled, the refund will be processed after the product is returned, minus applicable shipping fees.
